Planned Maintenance tracking built specifically for Bobcat dealers


PMTrax Database was developed specifically for Bobcat dealers and allows equipment Planned Maintenance to be recorded and tracked. To understand more about PMTrax planned maintenance tracking and how it is handled in the database please read the PMTrax Database User Guide.

To allow Bobcat dealers to get up and running quickly, CustomerTRAX will soon be implementing an automated ACT! 2005 software purchase and download facility. The software will contain all the necessary components in a customized software installation.


ACT! 2005 for Windows is Included


The customized PMTrax Database can only be accessed from ACT! 2005 for Windows (Standard version) and is only available from CustomerTRAX. In order to use the database, at least one license of ACT! 2005 for Windows must be purchased from CustomerTRAX. The database and all required components are included in the software download, available after purchase.
Click to purchase ACT! 2005 for Windows and obtain your PMTrax Database. Your serial number(s) will be sent to you at least 48 hours after purchase. Once you receive your serial number(s) you can register your new copy of ACT!. In the mean time use ACT! in trial mode.

ACT! 2005 for Windows installation instructions are included in the software download but if you would like to understand more about the process, please read the ACT! 2005 Start Here Guide.

The PMTrax Database and all related components can be installed after ACT! 2005 for Windows is successfully installed. To understand the process, please read the PMTrax Install document.
