CustomerTRAX CRM Inc. is an independent software vendor specializing in solutions for heavy equipment dealerships.

CustomerTRAX CRM is a Customer Relationship Management tool that has been developed specifically for John Deere Agricultural and Heavy Equipment Dealerships. At the core of the product is the ACT! 6.0 database. The ACT! 6.0 database has been enhanced with numerous data elements that allow critical sales related information to be synchronized with your business system. Correspondingly, the user interface (of ACT!) has also been enhanced, specific to CustomerTRAX specifications, to allow business system data to be accessible from the Web interface or the Windows based client.

CustomerTRAX “Server” is a proprietary component that periodically synchronizes data between your business system and the customized ACT! database.

CustomerTRAX can be deployed as a Web-based solution, a Windows based client, or a combination of both. The Web-based CustomerTRAX solution incorporates a specially built, fault-tolerant, Server Appliance, shipped directly to the customer.
