CustomerTRAX CRM's New CTXVision product integrates Real-time


Minneapolis, Minn., December - CustomerTRAX announces the upcoming release of their new CRM solution capable of unsurpassed integration with major backend systems. Developed as an add-on product for the recently released ACT! 2005 contact management platform, CTXVision provides seamless backend integration and a suite of useful administration tools.

CTXVision is being developed in Microsoft's .NET environment and is designed to capitalize on Microsoft 2003 Server and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. The proposed market for CTXVision is small to large workgroups, typical of heavy equipment dealerships.

  • CTXVision (like the current CustomerTRAX CRM solution) can be deployed as a "Thin Client" server based solution, or a disconnected "Rich Client" synchronized solution, or a combination of both
