Online Training
CustomerTRAX has created short digital movies that teach the in's
and out's of the CustomerTRAX software. One might think of these
tutorial films as
a sort of digital User's Manual. They follow the same format as the
CustomerTRAX User's Manual. The difference, however, is that these
tutorials show you
the features of CustomerTRAX, instead of just telling you about them.
These movies are best viewed full screen on a 1240x768 pixel screen
with 16 bit color. The movies may be viewed in Microsoft Media Player
or Camtasia
Player. The title hyperlinks are for Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows
2000, and some Windows XP users. All of the files will play on Camtasia
Player.
Please be patient, they may take a minute or so to download, depending
upon your connection speed.
