XP Users: Windows XP does not contain the codec (Compressor/Decompressor) TSCC that is required to open these .avi files. Luckily, the codec TSCC is fast and easy to download. Simply go to the TechSmith website and choose "Download TSCC Codec." Save the file to your computer and when it has downloaded, click "Open." Now all .avi files will play on your computer.
