Four types of training provided by ProActive Information Solutions
Onsite Custom Training
Get specific training for your team. We will focus on training that covers the modules of ACT! that matter to you, plus use examples that relate to your specific business. This type of training is invaluable and you will find it worth every penny.
Online Training
This is the same as onsite custom training; however, it is all done online with a web conferencing tool called GoToMeeting. Everyone will be on a conference call (provided by us) and all looking at the same computer screen, just as if we were all in the same room together. It takes 5 min. to setup and up to 20 people can be trained at one time. All that is required is an internet connection and a phone. It’s great for sales reps that are spread out across the country and for out of town customers.
Public Classes
Our Austin, Texas Office offers full-day public ACT! training classes periodically. Please contact us to be put on our email list for notification of the next class. They are generally held every quarter at Microassist, level 1 through level 3.
Training CD’s
An efficient solution to get additional ACT! training on your own schedule. Lessons are broken down by topic in an easy to navigate window. We find that the training CD provides a very good refresher for users after a custom onsite session. Great for bringing new hires up to speed as well. We typically package our training CD with custom training.
